1. About The Artists Hub
The Artists Hub is an online community where music industry members can ask questions, share experiences and participate in discussions.

2. Information We Collect
When you register and use The Artists Hub, we may process your email address, account identifier, questions, replies, reports and other content you submit.
We also process information needed to operate accounts, maintain security and deliver app notifications, including device push notification tokens where applicable.
3. How We Use Information
We use this information to provide account access, operate community discussions, deliver notifications, respond to support requests, investigate reports and maintain the security of the service.
4. Anonymous Discussions
Questions and replies are displayed anonymously to other members. However, content may remain associated with your account internally for security, moderation and account management.
Anonymity within the community does not mean that no personal information is processed.
5. Service Providers
We use Supabase to support authentication and application data storage. We also use Apple Push Notification service to deliver notifications to supported Apple devices.
Information may be processed by these providers as necessary to operate the service.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell members' personal information. Public discussion content is visible to other members of the community. We may disclose information when required by law or where necessary to protect the service and its users.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security.
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@theartistshub.app. Certain information may need to be retained where legally required or otherwise permitted.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, and to request data portability.
You may also raise a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
